I would look towards the referee for the answer to that one. As for Fax they really couldn't have done much more in that heat. Well done to them and well done to Joe Keyes on his new Fax record.

A bit lackluster in the first half probably due to the heat and playing york on monday but we got the job done in comfortable fashion all the same. Hope that Lachlan is ok we have enough players missing as it is. The 2 lads on dr i thought mason just went through the motions which is not surprising but disappointing he is a big lad and needs to use that size more and as for Fenton until his sin binning i thought he showed promise he looks raw but he played with some intent and as something to work with. It will be interesting if we can get some reinforcement's in on loan this week to bolster the pack or can use dr again if not we look short of options upfront.

Regarding Dr we are bringing in players who are no better than what we have. What's the point?

I am guessing this week it was to have a look at them, give them a chance to fit into how we play, as we will likely need them for when we have 5 forwards banned next week. Plus to give a couple of our squad a deserved rest in a game we weren't at risk of losing.

Apparently walmsey hasn’t dislocated his shoulder and has just suffered concussion so will just miss the London game .

Good news of a sort. I have noticed a couple of times this season that after hefty tackles Lachlan has walked away holding his shoulder. As for Sunday all he needed to do was step off his left instead of going for the spectacular and he'd probably have been under the sticks. I know that's coming from someone more akin to an ageing prop forward than a fleet footed winger but hey-ho!

Me and some other fans said the same thing at the game just set the fullback up to think you are going for the corner then step inside and the fullbacks momentum will take him past you. He is young and full of confidence that he could make the corner he just got this one wrong and will miss this weeks game for it.
