Hardly matters though as you lot are out of this sh**ty league next year anyway, win, lose or draw. Thats why I wasn't really bothered about our result. What the hell is there to play for? We've won a Grand Final, been there, seen it, done it, NO REWARD for winning. We're another point above Barrow at least, so we may have extra revenue streams in the play-offs from a club financial perspective. Its a sad state of affairs when I go into a bookies and bet £70 on Batley even though I'm a Fax fan. I'd have never done this a few years ago when this sport rewarded success on the field. I'm losing interest in the game.

What has happened to sam barlow?he dilly dallys about and then just falls to the ground, the only time he looks interested is when a fight erupts. Also why did penky keep going down whites wing at the end? we had sucked all there defence in to that side and just needed to throw it to the other wing where we had an overlap. Poor decision making in the final third lost it for us. Speaking to ben black at the end of the game and he said he is back for widnes game, lets hope it is a fit ben black unlike the rest of the season.

He looks like our strongest player bar Azuie put is just poor in his hit-ups, seems to take the ball from a standing start, has a mini-dance then takes the ball up with no momentum. This is something a good coach could advise him on. He should be making more yardage for his physique, looks hungover & disinterested this year unless the adrenalin kicks in for a scrap.
Wouldn't miss him next year, hes been a huge disappointment this season. He'll be at Keighley or Dewsbury next year the way he carries on, not Widnes.

On the other hand, Paul Smiths hit form after looking very shoddy when we re-signed him.
