you have just totally contradicted ya self big time!! you start by saying im wrong then go on to talk about how hudds off load game tired you out.
a good defence has the physical and mental toughness to get the job done and a smart defence would do all it could to shut the offload down.
you were physically not up to the task because you couldnt stop huddss scoring and as you said yourself they tierd you out.
you tried to score points even though you were winning that show you are mentally weak and had little faith in your defence to get you home.
and you showed you are not a smart team and played dumb football by not shutting down the offload and tryiing to score when all the pressure was on hudds to win the game.
i love the way cas throw the ball around. your attacking ideas are pretty and slick. but your club need to learn when to holden and when to fold em.

No contradiction whatsoever. Defence was excellent - the gradual loss of control over the collision was due to Huddersfield's extra energy. They were fresher because they didn't have to work as hard when we were in possession, ergo our attack (lacking direction, penetration and composure) lost us the game not, as you said, our defence. Cause and effect. Your analysis isn't far off (apart from the massively presumptious psychological assessment about lacking faith) but the conclusion still seems incorrect to me.
