Very true, what works for one player may not work for another, don't really know Westerman and Shenton but Owens a bit more of a challenge i feel.

I don't know, why don't you go and ask them?

You must be either blind or have a massive chip on your shoulder not to recognize that the team has improved this season but this probably down to luck and nothing to do with any coaching input whatsoever.

TM has not got the guys there call up, there have been many people involved in their development, not to mention the hard work they have put in, so stop why give praise to one person?

So you would acknowledge that TM had some part as the head coach of the team in their call-up?

So if players do well it's all down to the whole back room staff and if they do badly it's down to TM?
