seems to me the rfl messed up big time last year letting celtic in to early rejecting widnes etc. and they know it they are looking for excuses to cover there backs like giving clubs warnings not even 1 year in to the licence shorly castleford salford and wakefield would have got a warning when they got the licence saying you must make the improvements in 3 years time so this is not fresh news to anybody. the scary fact is well it sounds like they want to see something in the next 3 years can we build a stadium open it ,use it, in time cause to me even if its build and complete but we leave the red tape on it to be cut for opening these people wont give us time to do that

Licences were announced 1 year ago today

Well the point of the licence was for clubs to improve themselves, so they want to see what Cas, Wakey, Salford and the rest promised to do done - doesn't really sound like too much to ask really

leigh were not in sl at that time tho was they just watch out widnes or halifax could take ur place if u dont do nowt over thet dump that ur team plays in
