This Sunday see's the Tigers travel to York City Knights for a pre season friendly in memory of Paul Higgins who sadly passed away in October 2008. Paul was a former Castleford player and scholarship coach and he later coached the York City Knights Reserve Grade Academy. If you are missing your regular Rugby League fix then come along for what will be a great afternoons entertainment with a number of Castleford stars of the future likely to be on show.

The match kicks off at 3pm and turnstiles will open at 1:30pm.

It's been switched. Likely to be a young side given the seniors are in Perpignan this week ahead of the game with the Dragons.
