Martin Lea and Ian Garforth, plus existing associate director Gill Taylor, form the club's new Executive Management Board alongside CEO Richard Wright. Sounds like a step in the right direction to me.

Aye, those sort of 'signings' tend to get overlooked but in the current climate are every bit as important as playing-related staff.
