Cas v Huddersfield - Snow 'On or Off' any volunteers needed? : Sat Feb 19, 2011 9:09 am  

Good morning everyone,

Like a lot of people in the area, I woke to the brightness of snow from behind the curtains this morning. I've been really looking forward to tonight's game, and would be gutted if it is called off!.

Hence I wanted to create a post which hopefully people can use in a sensible manner to keep others updated regarding the status of the game being on or off. Once somebody knows for definite, please post it on here to let others know.

Also, if the club is looking for volunteers to help clear snow at the ground to keep the game on today, perhaps that could be posted and co-ordinated on here also, so we can pool together for the club.

So anyone in the know....please keep us posted about the status of the game?

Anyone from the club needing help to keep the game on...feel free to ask?

Going to turn to rain later on so should melt pretty quickly to be honest.

Someone on Casforum states that the pitch has (possibly) been covered too.

Been in the shop this morning the girl says to keep watching the official web site for details.
