First time I went to Knowsley Rd was 1991 and I've only managed to see us get absolutely HAMMERD (not just beaten) every time I've been since.

In a perfect world the last game at Saints should have been at home 'v' the pies (and I suppose it could be via playoffs?) but I dare say we will be the sacrificial ox on Merseyside that week. Just hope that our last game at WHELDON ROAD (definitely NOT the Jungle) next year will be against Wakey...although my heart says it should really be against Fev!

Interestingly, a friend and I were having a debate about games we have seen at KR earlier today. I'm convinced I once saw Dean Sampson score a hatrick there but we still got beat, but quite narrowly with both scores being in the 30s? Or maybe it could have ended in a draw - sure I remember commenting that it must be rare for a prop to score a hat-trick and not be on the winning team! My friend says I've dreamt it - please someone confirm I am correct.
