I wouldn't say that it's because he wasn't in the team that we won them. I don't think he has done enough over the course of the season to warrant a new deal. The money could be spent elsewhere.
The balance of the team was far better today, maybe hudson had alot to do with that though.
i think that this whole poll could be for nothing if the rumours that were going around the ground today are worth anything, turning up drunk for training and the trouble he got into earlier in the season up at xscape that the club managed to keep quiet, i think he could be on his way home by the end of the month, but if it is all just hear say it would be nice to have him fit to put pressure on other players, but i wouldnt pick him unless we were short.
most of what's being said is just rumour - some truth is around but generally there is a lot of crap being talked.
It is simple, if he gets back in the team, and there is no guarantee there, same for Sherwin at the moment - then he has got to play well, we are starting to have options and a strong finish in 8th and we will have even more.... there are few automatic names in the first 13 at the moment.
Someone at the game today suggested that he had turned up to training drunk/hungover and had also been fighting on a night out. All hearsay for now but I'm sure if this has gone on it wont be long before it is let out.
As for a new deal, I'm not sure he's shown enough to warrant one, he's had some class touches but IMO they are few and far between.
We also, IMO, need rid of Clayton, never really rated him and he didnt seem to do a lot today (other than setting up Hudson)
think he is an awesome player when he is on his game. don't think you get the best from him. think he seems to get bagged by your fans all the tme. you wouldn't think he was one of your players. i have watched him play 3 times. seems to put a big effort in. don't think he will have any trouble finding another club, and i think he will be a lot happier.. as far as him turning up drunk for training is concerned, there aqre 1 or 2 of your senior players that have been doing that for a long time and have been getting away with it , so why pick on him.

Care to name the ones that turn up drunk to training? because i've never head of any. Hungover yes, drunk no.
To be quite honest, when Sione is on his game he does well, but seeing him in nearly every game, these performances are few and far between. Cas fans, like many, are very fickle. But we do not bag any player for putting effort in. And much like Korki, Sione is only partly putting the effort in.
I agree if he went elsewhere then he may be happier and his performances may pick up. That can be said about any player

probably right. i should have said "hangover" just can't help thinking with the right coaching, he has got the makings of a great player. some of the hits he put on at saints and some of the passes he can give out are outstanding.

I'd say he makes as many mistakes as he does good plays though
