This is good news. Undoubtedly, there will be people "in the know" because their uncle's cousin's friend's next-door neighbour's cat poos in the garden of someone who works for Waystone telling us that it's all lies and we'll never get a stadium until Wakefield have got theirs.


However, it's a good step forward.

When its built they will probably try and claim it isn't real, a bit like holocaust deniers. But obviously a lot less nasty.
