Pyeman well im sure if a wealthy backer comes forward wanting to invest in the club the BOD will welcome them with open arms.......ermmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hang on here a minute....no they wouldnt would they, they wouldnt tell them to go forth nah never i knew it was a bad dream

You can't believe everything you think you know or is implied, it is always much more complicated than that. I don't agree with how a number of things unfold, but as I can't put the apporpiate amount of money where my mouth is, I can't call the tune.

People seem to think the "board" as it were could be sacked, but actually it requires something more solvent and fiscal than that in specific terms as a number of people have money in the club they won't be prepared to just "give" to a new board.

Then again if you always do what you have always done - you will only ever have what you have always had, so change and evolution is inevitable - but those calling for a revolution should look at the books of some of those clubs who gambled and paid the price.

Tell it like it is Pyeman! I think that just about summed it up perfectly and highlights the infinite mountain the club seem to be attempting to climb at the moment. I do get the feeling over the last 18 months or so that it's simply been one thing after another and that any light at the end of the tunnel is quickly extinguished. It's probably not any one person's fault and there's probably no right or wrong way to deal with each situation.

There is absolutely no way a thread with this many sensible posts on regarding the clubs current situation can continue.
