A bit of soil moving isn't a stadium, it's like putting a toilet block on the site and claiming your more advanced because they haven't. In other words, it's irrelevant and trivial. moving soil won't cost a lot of money (or take a lot of time), what will is the actual stadium been built. Do you have them resources? If word on the street is to be believed things are not all good. Salford have full planning permission in place and now solid finance to build the ground. Can you really say that the Glasshoughton project is anywhere as advance as that? I would after say nowhere near!
