Much as I admired Malcolm as a player and a coach, I think he's been out of the game too long to be hands on in the coaching front, although I do think he would be a great asset on the board.

i dont know malcolm , but i understand he wont suffer fools and he is a real pro . this must spell the end for matterson , wright and others in the tigers management !!!!!

Exacty. A very smart move by Cas. He is highly regarded at Red Hall and well connected. With licencing on the horizon this move would make a lot of sense.

I'm pretty sure i mentioned that Mal was coming back to the club a good few month's back,and got shot down and laughed off the board. But hey ho,welcome back big Mal

He's past his sell by date, his methods have no place in todays game and thats why he failed so miserably with us because he upsets the players and ruins team spirit

Malcolm reilly wont becoming back to cas in any capacity as a coach .
Infact i've heard he's going back to Oz in january.
