A Rugby Football League investigation has determined that Castleford failed to implement a directive issued on March 9, instructing them to play in their principal kit against Huddersfield, who were told to use their alternative kit.

The Tigers were fined £500 for breaching RFL operational rules and have 14 days in which to appeal against the decision

no idea who was at fault, but to pretend it was something and nothing is ridiculous.

it was a televised game, this exposure is why companies sponsor sports teams in the first place.

and to wear another teams shirts for the game????

More unprofessional and embarrassing than facing two winding up orders, going in to administration, players going unpaid for long periods, good folk losing their jobs and leaving more creditors than you can shake a stick at out of pocket?

Any sort of mini frustration I had at us getting fined £500 is wiped clean away with the win tonight.
