Come back and ask in 3 years time Billy where if ours and Wakey's grounds come to fruition you will end up with a scenario of this;
Catalan and Harlequins - safe due to expansion
Cas, Wakey, Salford, Saints, Wire, Widnes - purpose built new grounds
Hull, Hudds, Wigan - football stadiums
Bradford - a hole in the ground
HKR - a caravan park that holds 10,000,000
Leeds - a ramshackled ruin with a new stand at one end
