Thats the way i understood it as well.

Certainly the last set of accounts showed a drop in fixed assets of £1.5m,one would presume this asset is the ground.

Mature approach? Have you not read any of your own posts? Little friend? Mucky side of Heath Common? Your own name calling? beggars belief it really does. The fact that i know a few of the things on here is the reason i have backed him up, me and Vastman would never describe each other as friends. Would be interesting to see a poll of cas fans only to see how many wanted rid of RW and how many wants him to stay. Obviously no good to do it on here as you have every other supporter coming on wanting to place a vote for their own reason but i would be surprised if elected to keep him where someone else waiting in the wings.

Totally untrue. The RFL are still negotiating, on behalf of all SL clubs, with the tax authorities on the liabilities re image rights and related issues. It has not yet hit SL clubs.

Very much doubt that!

The "Tax Man" will not negotiate on this matter....they want 'their' money, and the RFL does not have the financial clout to take them on!

On the other hand, Man UTD do have the money and will be challenging it!! It will be a test case.

Doubt what you like. As the issue is sport wide the RFL are doing so. Find someone who is well informed and they will confirm this.

There is much to negotiate on as any decent accountant / tax lawyer will tell you. Fortunately one of the RFL non execs is a leading sport lawyer.
