If you can get away with holding down a second longer, do so. If you can get away with being offside a little, do it. So long as you aren't getting penalised for it all the time then push it. It shows players and coaches using their brains.

Both Johnny and the fans showed Luke the respect he deserved after that initial few moments. People are trying to make something out of nothing yet again and it makes those people just look silly and clueless about the game.
