If Mr Glover could put down 50% of the funding for J32 would you be so quick to turn him down?

Half red, white and blue & half black and amber- for the short term.

When NM comes through the red tape, is approved and built (maybe as late as 2015) WTW move out & CT repay the initial 50% & thus then own J32 in full with WTW playing from NM.

A sensible and realistic way forward for all?

Is this with both clubs in SL or with Wakey in the Championship? Its a serious question, I'm not trying to score any cheap points.
I can't see this suggestion working with both clubs in SL because in the summer one club is getting the boot and its inconceivable that the RFL would keep Wakey & give Cas the boot.
So would Wakey share GH as a Championship side whilst Cas were in SL?

Wheldon Road - (yes, it's still that for me), sold for £50m - well done Cas - new ground by 2013!

"Castleford's biggest home crowd of the 1991-1992 season wasn't quite 12,000 while on average they'd sit around 6000 but the noise, the chanting and the singing just blows you away" - Tawera Nikau "Standing Tall"

"I can tell you the atmosphere was extraordinary at Wheldon Road on big days. The ground held around 15,000 people, every one of them close to the action on the field and the noise would be enough to send a rumble through the town" - Malcolm Reilly "Reilly - A Life in Rugby League"

The number of parking spaces is appropriate for a development of this size.

Cas are confident that planning will go through still.

At the end of the day if it doesn't happen for us and don't get a franchise we still own where we play at least.

They can't say that up the road(new or old ground),and how many others in S.L can?

That is exactly how i see it too, yeah the news yesterday will be great if it happens but if it doesn't we've still got 'darn't lane' and it may not be a shiney stadium but it has history how many grounds can boast of kids been given the day of school to go see their teams play against international teams, go back many years when people were packed in like sardines (thanks to health and safety this will never happen again) however this is history not something that money can buy

Wakey Plan B if NM falls any further behind.

Not Oakwell, Not BV, but a "New Stadium" elsewhere!!
