Not really, it says that club are working on action points and that there will be a meeting of some sort at some unspecified point in the future. Oh and that there's no contract with Waystone on constructing the stadium or an architect in place and appointed. It also says that the club needs 1,000 people added to the attendance, but gives no reason for fans to turn up, or bring their friends and announces no schemes that may increase dwindling attendances.

I love this city, this is my town. We get a week out, without a doubt, gunna sing it out loud. i love my city this is my town, we get a week out, without a doubt, gunna sing it out loud
"Currently, one of the main priorities is to finalise the agreement with Waystone on the stadium construction contract" WR-6.4.2010
Heard something very similar to that yesterday- which lead me to think maybe you were being kept in the dark regarding the possibility of plan "B" being a move to J30?? As Waystones own the site, you do not technically have a site, nor a contract with a developer or architect, what have you been doing for the past 5 years?
Not mud slinging or wanting to start a measuring contest, just trying to get my head round where exactly your at.

That sounds quite clearly (imo) like Waystone, Cas and the architects are all together finalising the details of the plan etc.

Yawn.
i.e. Waystone and Cas are drawing up the stadium contract together to give to the appointed architects to sign so it can formally be announced.
