Can we at least give the lad a chance?if people are slagging him off before he's pulled an a shirt its not going to do his confidence much good.

Mate, people are not slagging him off. It's the clubs method of dealing with things. This piece of business defies logic. Bordering on writing the season off for us. Added to the fact that Chase is doubtful this weekend...

He is not as good as netherton who you loaned out......he could not make Batley starting 13 in halves or hooker so the club have probably written off the season and saved a packet on Sherwin's wages.....well done Richard Wright great work !

Im prepaired to give the kid a chance. We all moaned when we took Tuson on,and his loan spell has been worked for him and the club.

Wood wont be starting,bench at best,guess its Chase scrum half,Mcgoldrick back at 6 and Thompson back at full back,then maybe giving Arundel another run on the wing?

The cicumstances and timing isn't perfect but if the money saved on Shifty's wages can be directed towards the glasshoughton development or on a suitable replacement next season i wont complain.

Kyle was excellent for Sheffield last season when we finished 3rd, he really ran the show for us and has been missed this season-good signing!
