Dear misinformed if you read the post correctly I never stated that you had in fact been employed at Castleford Tigers, rather that you do appear to read like a disgruntled former employee, I suggest you read your own posts you may agree they could be read that way.
I also like the way you deflect your own criticism now onto others who you have spoken to which has given you a general opinion.
You state “All the coaches I refer to in my post have been very successful in their chosen area/age groups, particularly the guy from normy who played a key role in bringing current 1st team players to the club, he is now at another super league club plying his trade, so some reality there for you”. I applaud there success and what they have achieved at amateur level but let us have some perspective here as there are many successful coaches in the amateur game but I doubt that they would consider themselves successful having coached or coaching a scholarship, but if that is how you measure success so be it.
As for the two coaches going to Gateshead I merely offer an opinion opposite to your own and I feel that they like other Gateshead coaches before them will fail, I do hope that I am wrong.
As a lifelong supporter of Wakefield Trinity (old school) I resent that you would consider me to be an employee of our bitterest rivals.
Finally in relation to the coach from Normanton plying his trade at Wakefield it is noticeable that in 2009 the U18s won the academy championship, it would be fair to say that in 2010 the performances of the under 18s were not as good as the previous year. That would not be a coaching problem in your eyes rather a recruitment problem. Although a good coach once said good coaches cut there cloth to suit.
I feel like a fisherman and you took the bate.
