Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. Who needs flankers' grammar was actually correct.
Excuse my complete ignorance in the planning application laws, but does this put you in any different position to Wakefield, who have made a planning appliction, which has been called for government approval?
After all by submitting a planning application you are not guaranteed that the council will approve it?
Not having a pop, hope everything goes well and there is a 13,000 stadium in Castleford in the near future, just curious.

Outline planning permission has already been granted for us. This is just handing in the final designs for the OK.

And this land isnt greenbelt, has already been earmarked for development, and the stadium has no objections to it.

Yes, lots.
Wakefield have no planning permission, Cas do. This is the final sign off of decisions so that we can get full planning permission.
Wakey have applied for outline planning permission, which has been referred to the SoS. If they get that confirmed they will still have to go through the full planning permission process that Cas are going through now.
great news sorry i cant be there as im working .will be keeping every thing CROSSED as we reach the final part of the planning permission.MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL CAS FANS,
As outline PP has been granted and FPP seems a formality how far have your club gone in appointing contractors? Have tenders gone out? Or have they been recieved back and being scrutinised or has a contractor be awarded the deal? Just interested as I really want Cas to be ready in the new place for the start of 2012 season. Hope it all goes well for you!
