To me Wakey are our arch rivals, and i would like to keep it that way. Whilst if its a choice between them and us then obviously i favour the bye bye wakey route but it will be tinged with saddness. I really don't see why the level playing field only applies to some clubs - Wakey have had their publisized issues but so have crusaders and quins. This season quins have 7 loan signings playing for them - so how is their development programme working if they have no one good enough to step up???? Crusaders seem to lurch from one crisis to another with debt follwoing them. Salford can't seem to attract enough local interest and whilst they may be getting a shiney new stadium if current attendances are anything to go by a lot of the seats will remain unfilled. All I would ask for is transparency and for everyone to be treated fairly a licence should be given to a team who deserve it now not what may happen if they are given another 3 years.
So until its all decided Wakey you are the team I love to 'hate' but if you are demoted I would be disgusted
On the player front I would be unhappy to lose Jones the lad is a grafter, Orr and Widders should be given another year if they want, Isa looks great when he plays but he's not getting enough game time takes a long time to recover so if he can get right and put in a good stint towards the end of the campaign an extra year 'may' be worth it, most important is a new deal for Rangi (i have heard that this is already sorted but until i hear it from the player or the club I will remain hopeful).
As regards players joining us I haven't really herd anything however I was informed that Featherstone were trying to get Mortons signature but surely if he had a superleague club after him he would take their offer (unless of course fev offered the better deal)
