shenton got the ball got to his knees tadusemion toched him twice - IMO tackle completed ref waved play on shentoon got to his feet then three bulls player pushing him into touch so he off loaded to mcgoldrick - play on in my opinion definately not a bulls scrum or penalty!!!

voluntary tackle how when he fell to the floor to cover the ball - does tadusemi touching him not constitute the tackle complete?

in touch - he off loaded 3 ft before he went near touch.

gobbing off - who whenton are you kidding?

The ref could have tried to let the crowd know what the hell the decision was for though. To put a scrum down and then give the signal for dissent made no sense.
