I understand what your saying about Mcgoldrick, but i prefer Richard Owen at fullback and the Chase - Sherwin half back partnership, so its a question of where does he fit in when all 3 are playing.

goldie @ celtic 4 me - and spend is wage on owen & shenny - keep local lads at the club.

More or less what i'd go with, but i would like to see a more potent winger than Wainwright and a more impact prop than Higgins, but cant see it happening.

Aye, I'd agree with that apart from spend his wage and quota spot on a good Aussie prop or winger.

Then again, McGoldrick does provide cover in the halves for the almost inevitable injury-enforced absence of Sherwin.....

He's signed to the end of next year, and in talks over the extension. Keep your hands off.
