Its gone too far now to fall on funding. Put yourselves in RW's shoes. Would you be putting all this positive stuff out if you didn't have a hope in hell of funding it?

This would make him, as an individual, look a complete and utter balloon if the stadium didn't get built. I certainly wouldn't be going to such lengths if it wasn't going to happen!

I wonder how much a box will be in our new place. might save up and treat the family :D

Oh, hope Trinity get there place too, but it will be a poor relation to what Cas Tigers can offer as a complete days entertainment :DANCE:

Exactly, an off the shelf stadium in the middle of nowhere or a purpose built & designed stadium in the middle of one of the top visitor attractions in the UK with fantastic road, rail and bus links :lol: one stadium is going to be miles better, and it will be located at J32.

How are we still on this subject.

I hope j32 gets built, i regularly check for updates as you know. But come on Cas fans if it's getting built it's all's good and there's no need for throwing mud (until the derby games!!!) Or shouting over who will have the biggest/best. Because at the end of the day both will undoubtedly be basically the same design because of 2 key factors; time & money.

Now no-one can deny j32 has more to offer than we know j30 will contain but for the moment anyway let's just be happy there's positive noise coming from both clubs (unlike Salford & Saints) & argue over the finer points of both complex's once everyone's been round (and watched Wakefield won) in both new stadiums.

Really? The EXACT same design? I doubt it. I think Cas have been planning this for plenty of time to have worked out the design of it they'd like (see Waystone vids). It's just the stuff inside we've not decided upon (which we have now). All that's left to do - as I would assume - is the full-scale blueprint designs inside and out which will be for full planning permission purposes and then construction.

SWC you really are a piece of work!! ;
For months people have been reading your hate-filled remarks on anything and everything Castleford Tigers and now here you are attempting to promote an aura of mutual respect.
I have, thus far, ignored your petty, odious remarks which have done nothing but further a growing genuine hatred between our two sets of fans, rather than the banter we have enjoyed for years. Sadly I can hold my tongue no longer; you are a 'claim everything, know nothing' tool of the highest order and you're recent aboutface just about sums you up.

Just a couple of questions with regard to your post. Have the club decided on a 13k or a 15k stadium yet, and also is the funding now in place. If so then there are exciting times ahead for the fans.

I don't know the details. I'm guessing that will be announced in due course, although the planning application did say 13,000. All documents can be viewable here: LINKY

"Stadium Plot to accommodate 13,000 Capacity Stadium.."

RW says in video 15k though, so who knows?
