I reckon that team could reach a grandfinal, the forwards are immense, and the backs have some real class and speed.

It is hard to pick individuals - the team of 99, arguably our most successful was probably successful becuase there were no superstars - everyone contributed.
But we're talking about 2000-2009. That said much of the 1999 squad featured in 2000.

Indeed, I can't believe I'm the first to mention Crouch. Never a stand out player but a consummate professional and a solid grafter.

jones, fritz and crouch have forgotten more about commitment and work ethic than some players will ever know.

I had him in mine at first, but with Manu and Fritz having played in the Cas back row as well, who could you drop?

I'm baffled by the couple of fans who have Aaron Smith down as one of our worst signings.
That season we were unbeatable before he got injured - became terrible during his absence - then turned it on in the final when he returned.
Had it worked out for him at Cas, I'd much rather he was Hudson's back-up.
Now I did actually hate: Newlove / Rudder / Greenhill

The reason why i have him down is the manner of his departure, asking for a release to retire due to injury and then signing for haven within days.
