Or be allowed to stay on the pitch, unless the Hull medical staff are negligent which would then mean the club would be in bigger trouble for providing sub-standard medical staff.

i'm now convinced that long actually regressed to his childhood violin lessons after recieving a concussion and that why his elbow was up :wink: :lol:

If you have a suspision a player has a concussion - which for a trained medical profession would be easy to spot you have to perform a test to diagnose it first, if it then turns out they have a concussion they cannot go back on, and if they don't they can.

If the medical team failed to perform this test then they fall foul of negligence and putting a player in further danger.

I think they would have had to done a mental capacity test if they suspect he was lying, if he fails that they can act in his best interests.
