Good news for you Cas fans, I hope it pushes the whole area onwards and upwards. Employment, development, and a better sporting arena - let's hope that no gremlins get in the way. I will keep my fingers crossed for you, as I do with all sporting developments.

I noticed someone saying how this proves we've never had a buyer 'til now or something, when in actual fact I suspect the option with Ben Bailey has been there all along, but the value's subsequently dropped due to the recession. The club has definitely made the right moves in trying to obtain the best possible price for it's prime ASSET.

Good and bad points from this. It's a shame we're delayed a little longer but great we should be able to build in one go and that we're getting more cash for it. Also good that the town itself will get something to help it survive and even grow.


On a side note, who cares what a few bitter Wakey fans think. If they want to whine away on their board leave them to it. They're not all a bad bunch and some have already shown their support for our future. I hope they too get sorted pretty soon and we can get back to the rugby worries rather than franchise worries.
