Normy beat Stanningly 16-12 with a try in the last minute. The ref was against us again.. they kept obstructing and crossing and got away with it - yet he pulled us up when we didnt even cross!

Nigel Taylor was the ref, from Leeds I think. Did you see him talking to all the Stanningley supporters before the game.

We had 4 main players missing though, no goal kicker no hooker to speak of and 2 very good forwards missing. Still a wins a win, we will have to grinde results out like that during the course of the season.

Still 8 from 8, big test is next week Millom away.

Millom lost at Milford, so we are top Beth but they have a game in hand, we don't play next week.
