Our advice is that a full application for a food store on our existing site is likely to be the way we move forward as there is not much difference in the requirements for full or outline or in the timescales involved. We will be building the strongest case possible

Was just about to post that the noises I had heard would suggest that they'll put it in for full PP straight away rather than taking the slower route of Outline then RM.
