I would consider it fair if Diskin had been treated the same as Chase for using his knees on a tackled player.

Some of the comments on here are embarrassing. And abusive comments from some of your 'fans' via twitter towards Matt Diskin is very poor form indeed.

I've always enjoyed visiting your ground and rank it as one of my favourite away venues. Gone down a little in my estimations after some of the racism directed towards Raynor by a minority on Sunday and tonight's abuse.

Or you could consider it as two different incidents - an accidental tackle maybe and deliberate punches to the head? Have you ever thought that that is how the panel saw it? They can't possibly be judged the same.

Ah, the deliberate attack line. So you think that Raynor, running in at full tilt, in a last ditch attempt to dislodge the ball, took the time to line up Tomkins chin, which was also moving at full tilt. In that case, fair play - it was a hell of a shot.

And Chase? That was an accidental flurry of punches to the head, while on top pinning down the player he was accidentally punching?

It's a good job we don't all go round "accidentally" punching people in the head isn't it?
