Do you know what the community facilities are going to be? asked before on this forum and wakeys and no one ever answers. If there are going to be new district wide community facilities in my district i would like to know.

To be honest i don't think anyone really knows what the site will entail with regards to community facilities. The idea is obviously to encourage the wider community to use the facility, whether that will include a swimming pool, atheltics track etc is debatable and more likely to be cateered for in the long term future and not initial development

The club has approached other sports in the area about the facilities make from that what you will.

Putting my head above the parepet on information that is not fact but rumour and inuendo

Ossett Town were recently in the press about their facilities so football could be in there, Wakefield FC and other facilities at College Grove may have been apprached (Hockey and former home of Wakefield RU)

Could Wakefield RU be making a come back?

What about cricket?
