A bit early to be getting too carried away as there's a fair way to go before we realise the money from the sale but it's a step in the right direction.

A further example of how quickly things can change. A week ago our ground looked as far off as ever given it seemed dependant on a massive upturn in the housing market that looked about as likely as Wakey winning the Grandfinal!
