By 99% you mean yourself and the half a dozen or so other posters who've joined in with you on this thread, now Im not a statistition, but I doubt if you can round that up to 99% of Cas fans with any reliability.

To get the stats, run a simple poll on here and without swaying bias just ask.....'based on his lst 3 or 4 years performances should we give Goldie another contract, have we had good value for money from him?...'Yes or No?'....see what response you get!

I work outside the W Yorks area, and am constantly being told by neutrels, with no axe to grind against Cas or Goldie....that he's a constant liability and they wouldn't pay him in washers.

In my previous posts on here I have come out with some beauties which are just a little bit too direct and factual for many to handle. Usually they are critised, and usually in proven to be right.

My favourite was a post I put about the numbers just simply not adding up at either Quins or Crusaders . I was shot down in flames by all those saying how well the game was spreading in these areas, and that I knew nothing etc etc....with the classic 'decoy' line ....'Local game for local people'.........Did you agree with that post at the time, by any chance?

Sadly on here there are very few, who after expressing an outright contrary opinion who return later and say....'sorry mate, I didn't believe you at the time but it looks like you were bang on the money!'

This is an opinion board and you often state your opinions as facts, often trying to belittle anyone who disagrees with you as part of the 'rose tinted specs' brigade. Your opinions are nothing more than knee-jerk reactions with a failure to look at the long term picture.

As for the Quins/Crusaders argument, what are your proposals for the expansion of the game? Or shall we still keep it as a kitsch northern sport with very little media profile?

Not knowing if he was going to drop it, or panic pass it in our own deadball area or 'clothes line' the oncoming player! It wouldn't surprise me if he holds the club record at Cas for the most red cards, sin binnings, and disciplinary cases during the SL era. Co-incidence??? Unlucky ??? Victimised??? Or as many prior posts have pointed out does he often find himself outplayed...outpaced and resort to being a 'dirty b*std'? I just can't see a player with all this supposed pace, and skill, needing to behave the way he does on the pitch? At times he is just a proper idiot and liability. Or perhaps it's just a straight forward case of mental issues, as some have suggested?
