They have given us some land to use as collateral to borrow against, as far as I understand it.

The land to be developed is owned by the Yorkcourt (or whatever they're called).

I'm sick of all this stadium bull***t and people posting things that they clearly know nothing about. Can't we just agree that we are both trying and that we will see what happens when there is something officially announced.

Well said.

Check this. Check the date as well!

Oddly, no mention of Tony Martin, trouble with contract situations, or even Ryan McGoldrick leaving.

Funny, innit?

That's because it has nothing to do with the TM situation.

I hear the contract negotiation with McGoldrick have broken down but we've definitely got Martin.

Bit of a twist if this turns out to be the case but don't shoot the messenger.

This McGoldrick to Celtic thing is the biggest load of tripe I've ever had the misfortune of reading on here.

I find it hard to believe that Ryan McGoldrick would want to leave. He's reportedly on a healthy salary for 3 more years and from all accounts loves the place and I'm sure he's made claims about wanting to double the amount of games he's played for us.

Add to that the fact that Goldy is clearly one of Terry's favourites and covers many positions.

Why on earth would he leave for Celtic? It makes no sense whatsoever.

The only reason these nonsensical rumours start is because he's had a poor season. This time last year everyone was panicking because of the rumours that Wigan were gonna take him away. Now everyone is wishing him away to Celtic.

Rubbish.

would make sense for all concerned for you to take martin, as he plays a number of positions he would be valuable to your small sqaud, and cas can put the whole affair to bed (and upset a couple of the wakey fans).
