"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."

An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

I don't care if that isn't the point, it's just good to point out that Warrington and their dream team have 7 players who wouldn't even get a place in a team that doesn't spend close to the cap maximum.

Stone me, how can you be serious?

Riley isn't fit to lace Richard Owens boots
Atkins is a poor mans Shenton
Briers is old and isn't a patch on Chase
Grix is the epitome of average
Harrison isn't as good as Westerman
Solomona is old and isn't as good as Snitch
Higham just runs and can't pass to save his life.

Or alternatively.

Riley is better then Wainwright
Atkins is better then Evans
Briers is better then no scrum half
Grix is a decent versatile squad player
Harrison is better then a hungover Westerman
Solomona is better then clayton
Higham is better then Hudson.

All 7 would get in our squad.

Sorry but that's rubbish 6 out of that 7 would walk into our team.

Wrong in every instance. And each would walk into a poor Tigers side.

Rangi still danced round them like they weren't even there, don't get too cocky mate. The last 4 teams we played thought we'd be walkovers too.

I've no interest in Warrington or Rangi Chase. The point I was eluding to was others suggesting Mathers had struggled against Bradford. Which would be fine had he actually played in the game

Agree with all of that, you add those to our squad and then you have genuine options in positions instead of Ferris filling in at centre or Widders at HB..... then you can pick on form week to week and keep players fresh and workign hard for their spot.

At last, 2 posters with objective, common sense.

Especially as was pointed out, with numerous Cas players more intent on drinking themselves out of the play off's than actually making the effort to earn their corn. A small number excepted.

I would also take Ben Harrison, who has been outstanding this season over any Cas back rower or even front row, by plenty.

Almost agree...not sure he's better than Craig Huby and certain he isn't 'by plenty'.

A little harsh. Our starting, first choice 17 is pretty good, but baring the first 2 games we've had many injuries for such a small squad.

If we could pick 7 players from any team and add them to our sqaud we would be better though

ie take bosc, baile, greenshields, bentley, elima, guisett and ferriol from catalns add them to our squad and we look better.
