thats an easy one for him, keep off the ale and your game will improve, he obviously didnt want to play for cas so good riddence, ive no time for sentimental bullshite and if they arent dedicated then bye bye, Cas have done the right thing,

I think I agree with this.

At the same time, Westerman needs replacing. His defence was still top notch for us, that side of his game wasn't appreciated by most.

just wondering what state we would be in if Richie owen had not got injured. It was common knowledge that he has agreed a deal elsewhere.
Would fans have still been happy with the situation regarding our best young players leaving?
his injury has saved certain people from more tricky questions imo.

Seen richie owen today getting into a car in airedale.
Was walking and moving ok.....no pot on.
Here's hoping he'll soon be back on the field.

Yeah, I've seen him quite a few times over the past few months...seems to be getting along fine, here's hoping eh?
