Isa signs : Thu Dec 16, 2010 10:16 am
Great news that Willie Isa has signed a one year deal for next year. He is still training with Melbourne until he departs and says his is raring to go. Couple this with the buy a brick scheme and everything in the garden is looking rosy. I personally cannot wait until the new season starts as i think we will surprise a lt of teams.

"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."

An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. Who needs flankers' grammar was actually correct.

Nail on head. If you look at the league table predictions from other fans they all have Cas around 10th or 11th. I think we are going to shock a few teams next season!

Aye, all in all a pretty good week for us. All we need is confirmation the detailed planning ap has gone in before Xmas and you couldn't really ask for more :D

More than happy that fans of other clubs don't expect us to challenge for the play offs next year - we can continue to fly under the radar!

It says "Isa was signed as a direct replacement for Evans" Correct me if i'm wrong but Evans was a quota player and Isa is a Samoan international. Does that mean he won't count on the cap and we still have space?

Isa is non-federation trained, therefore he should count on quota.

Happy to be corrected on that though, but it would be ridiculous if he wasn't counted as a quota player.

All in all, I'm delighted with our recruitment for next season, I think a top 8 finish should be expected, injuries permitting.
