There was a real buzz about the crowd tonight, it was as if we'd turned the clock back to before we were relegated when we chanted and sung for 80mins every game
Just great to hear us singing "we are top of the league". Really feels again like the old days - superb performance especially from some of the young guns. The future's bright the future's Castleford!
I aren't really sure if the Saturday night games on Sky are a great idea for attendances while the football season is still running,wonder how many Cas fans were at Elland Road yesterday?.
That coupled with the cold weather,and the floating fan fearing a tonking might not of bothered last night.
Hopefully the result last night will help the attendances,if Hull K.R continue their good start we could be looking at a 8k+ crowd in 2 weeks

I know a few who went straight from ER to the Cas game as there was plenty of time to get from one game to the other so that is no excuse.
I thought there was more than 5k there and the ground looked more than half full imo.
