I'm sure he will get a chance at some point this season, although 9's is very different to a full blown Superleague game, the kid definitely has talent and did fine in the pre season friendly he played in, one for the future!

The one thing that worries me and probably some others too is just his size. He needs to bulk up a bit.

From what I heard, Greg Eden has stole the show to be honest and if anyone deserves a shot, it's him.

Ive heard he is on his way out since the beginning of this season.

I've been raving about Ryan for 2 to 3 years now. I just hope that he gets the chance to make 1st grade at Cas, before losing faith and deciding to give it a shot else where.

Yes, I'd like to see him have the same skills and weigh in at 14 or 15st, however his build as it is now may just be the natural way he is. We all know that many said the same about Burrows and Sam Tomkins. But they seem to have done alright.

Give both Brierley and Eden a chance!!!

I agree...Alfie Langer wasn't the biggest either....didn't hold him back did it?

While being a good size would help protect against knocks etc real talent will always overcome this and shine through, it is starting to annoy me that T.M doesn't appear to want to give him a shout, who would bet he will leave soon to become a star elsewhere and Brierley will be added to the long list of players who have slipped through our fingers
