Throw the book at them. No need to see that sort of behaviour at all. No problem for us, move BJB to full back, bring in Chisolm on the wing against Salford to see if he can hack it at this level. If he fails then bring back Lee Smith on the wing or at FB. No worries in the pack either, bring back Kirke or Moore.
Didn't see Webb, the bailey one, if it's the incident I am thinking of silver wood got in the way of bailey trying to defend, and he got a ticking off for shouting at silverwood? Surley it cannot be that incident?
Leeds Rhinos prop Ryan Bailey and full-back Brent Webb have both been charged with the Grade C offence of making deliberate physical contact with a match official in the 36th minute of their team’s victory over Warrington Wolves on Friday.

Webb nudges Silverwood to the side as Silverwood is in the wrong position and is blocking him from seeing the PTB. As Silverwood moves across he impedes Bailey who pushes him out of the way.
Whilst Refs deserve respect in the game I can completely understand why Bailey and Webb pushed him out of the way, stress of the moment and wanting to win the game. Nothing malicious in it and neither deserve a ban.
(Video has been uploaded by the RFL and so link shouldn't be removed from this post).
I think that this is the incident in question (at 1.48)

You would have thought the RFL would've wanted to avoid drawing any attention whatsoever to Silverwoods god awful positioning in that incident rather than charging 2 players over an incident everyone had pretty much forgotten about. Running right in front of and obstructing the defensive line at the in that situation was idiotic, it was a penalty, he was in control of the restart why restart it when he wasnt ready?
What a joke the RFL are. Silverwood got obstructed 3/4 Leeds players, it should be him been spoken to about his positioning. There's sticking up for the ref's and there's using your common sense. Obviously common sense hasn't been used by the RFL.

Spot on. Can't say I can ever remember a referee being at first marker position.
