Yup - major property developers can't find the funds to finish city centre developments, but a community trust is going to be able to raise the cash to build a stadium from scratch?
Hope it happens, but it wouldn't be the first false start on the stadium front either for Wakey or for SL clubs in general - has any more been said about the status of Salford's plans after the developer went belly up?

Why not just wait for the full details, all developments are different and quite frankly Trinity Walk has sod all to do with it. There are half a dozen other developments on schedule. Are you suggesting that Cas and Saints won't go through for the same reason. Thornes fell through for a number of reasons not least because the council didn't actually own all the land.
Yorkcourt Properties Limited score very highly on the credit ratings so there fairly reliable cash wise. Personally I think this one is a goer but it's not as good IMHO as the Thornes development could have been. Still beggars can't be choosers.
