In the July issue of Forty 20, there is an article titled "Stay Healthy Start Writing". It explains how writing a novel based on your own life can be a good way for anyone to look after their mental health. It describe how since 1988 I have written six novels all with a strong rugby league background and also how I have recently written three pages of general advice for the benefit of any rugby league fan to do something similar.
