He probably thinks all the Rhinos fans hate him now.
I hope a few proper Rhinos fans bumped into him and shook his hand for been the legend that he is.
When he was at Leeds i remember waiting behind the north stand after one of his last games getting my shirt autographed. Harris came out and i gave him all the reasons i could think of to make him stay. It was such an upsetting time to see such a legend leave the Rhinos.
His time in Union came to an end. He came back to League and was offered a mega bucks contract from Bradford. He probs seeked legal advice (which was obviously wrong) before signing and thought everything was rosy. After all Rugby League is a short career. And most people would have accepted the reported £1million pound contract.
Now he returns to headingley NOT AS A BRADFORD PLAYER, BUT AS GUEST OF HONOUR and gets booed.
That embarrassing.
