Nowt wrong with Bailey's tackle (so to speak), and I don't like him.
The hit on Fa'asavalu was legal, the one on the floor wasn't. The impact was his arm on his head, so still a high tackle despite Wilkin being on the floor. Always going to be a penalty, despite the ridiculous comments about it from the otherwise excellent Bentham.
And I cannot believe you are letting the big hit warp your view of your forwards tonight. After the hit Bailey was taken off, Leeds don't trust him. At a time when he could have stayed on and helped win the game, they dragged him off because they didn't have any faith in his temperament. Contrast with Saints who wound James Graham up and sent him on, knowing he wouldn't be indisciplined.
Your best forward tonight was Luke Burgess. He's already better than Bailey.
