More of a problem for Leeds at the minute seems to be the mentality of the team. It seems from watching them on sky and the two times we have played you that you are contesting every decision the ref gives against you, you are lying on that extra second and tring to work players on the ground (Something you dont need to do) then complaining when you are penalised. Lots of head shaking and ball throwing. Your coach is always complaining about refs and decision's and wanting to watch things back.
Is the seige mentality that bluey has so obviously installed working against you?

I think you're absolutely right.
I think it's the responsibility of the coach to lead by example, and it's his example that filters down to the team. When the coach is showing petulance the players will too.
McClennan needs to get his baollox out and start sorting a few players' attitudes out. He needs to stamp down on all this questionning the ref Man Utd style. He needs to concentrate on playing the game rather than pishing about with whinging and negative tactics.
