Got that extra evidence relating to this case yet? You know, the stuff that would have gotten him a prison sentence? You mean there isnt any and the judge had all the facts to hand?

About the previous case, do you have extra facts about that too? I'm sure the judge would have taken them into consideration.

No he wasn't on trial for that. He pleaded guilty to the charge he was in court for and then his previous convictions should have been used when considering sentence. That's why it's relevant.
