I'd rather reach the final - in it to win it and all that. Opposition bottling it's always a possibility - and cas have previous. Not sure I buy into Powell's notion that they'll be better mentally in a similar situation as the pressure to perform'll be far greater this time. That said, neither team is guaranteed to even make the final.

True, they lost to Hull away a few weeks ago. Decent chance we aren't even discussing Castleford when the semi final draw is made.

Surely getting to the final is the current aim. Wining it, the ultimate aim. Cas have to play FC yet. I'd rather play Fev at the moment.

Ill take the winner of Wire vs Wigan for our semi, dont want either of those at Wembeley but both beatable in a semi

few weeks back I happened, by chance, to bump into Darryl powell in a pub near York.
talking RL I said cas were playing some great stuff but the crunch would come when they had high pressure games later in the year when they had to grind out wins. I wondered if they could adapt.
he grinned and said he agreed and said he hoped they would.

thing is you don't win anything in may sal.
